CharterPro is a web application that helps you create professional, investor-grade project charters. It guides you through a structured questionnaire covering project basics, problem statement, solution, benefits, risks, timeline, and financials, then generates a polished PDF document.

Yes! CharterPro auto-saves your work as you progress through each step. You'll see a save indicator in the header. Your data is stored locally in your browser (demo mode), so make sure to export important charters as PDF.

CharterPro currently runs in demo mode, which means all data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This is great for testing, but note that: (1) data doesn't sync across devices, (2) clearing browser data deletes your charters, (3) passwords are stored locally. Always export important work as PDF!

Yes! Each section has an "Add Examples" button that populates realistic sample data based on your project type. This is great for learning how to fill out each section, then customize with your own details.

The risk matrix calculates a score by multiplying Probability (1-3) by Impact (1-3). Scores are color-coded: Green (1-2) = Low risk, Yellow (3-4) = Medium risk, Red (6-9) = High risk. Add mitigation strategies and assign owners for each risk.

The Gantt chart is an automatic visual timeline generated from your project phases. As you add phases with durations in the Timeline step, the chart updates in real-time to show how phases overlap and the total project duration.

Go to Settings from your dashboard, then click "Manage Subscription" to view and change your plan. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time - you'll only pay the prorated difference.

Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. You can resubscribe anytime.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. In demo mode, you can also clear your browser's localStorage to remove all CharterPro data.

Go to Settings > Data > Export All Data. This downloads a JSON file containing all your charters and account information. You can also export individual charters as PDF from the dashboard.

In demo mode, data is stored in your browser's localStorage. Charters can be lost if you: cleared browser data, used a different browser/device, or used private/incognito mode. Always export important charters as PDF!

3. Check if your browser is up to date
4. Clear cache and refresh the page

In demo mode, passwords are stored locally and cannot be recovered. You can clear localStorage and create a new account. Note: this will delete all existing data. For production accounts, use the password reset feature on the login page.
